About
A lifelong San Diegan who knows the submarkets street by street.
August entered commercial real estate at nineteen and has worked under broker Grant Thiem for his entire career. He is known for direct, high-volume prospecting and for knowing San Diego’s commercial submarkets at the block level.
Before real estate he worked in marine research, sportfishing, hospitality and professional photography, and he still shoots the photography for his own listings and offering memorandums.
